I swear any time I try to use it, something quickly just goes awesome with my song. I guess kontakt on my mind and the bank for Konktakt 7 Sequis also. I had DS10 drum shaper, but switched to transient master when I got Kontakt. I feel like transient shapers in general aren't talked about much as I would expect. It's really need to see what profoessional music looks like then compare to mine, try things what am I missing in these freqs, etc. VST goes on master of your ableton template save, then it'll always be set, you can toggle between ableton and your desktop audio and the meters have a lufs, spectograph, wareform, othershit I don't even know what it is. My setup is a 34 inch wide screen monitor, then I've had a drawing tablet and use that as my second monitor. Minimeters is somethign I saw on a kenny beats video. I tried others, I love loopclouds, shit I've ended up making full songs in it. Loopclouds sample manager is incredible to me. Nice “I’m an old guy who is trying to look hard.” □ I make money off of my services and songs. :: You can judge my comments and karma all you please, but I’m not a 55 year old man trying to live out a childhood dream that will never come true. You don’t know what you’re talking about. Learn how to pull out.Įdit: stop spreading misinformation. Your financial decisions brought you to this place. Oh, and ftw, just because you can only afford a certain mic, doesn’t make me wrong. You spent six years interning, a smart person goes to college, jumps out and spends maybe a year or two interning before really making money. You can be in the same boat about others thinking that a degree is not necessary, but it damn sure helps. This just shows how unprofessional you are. I don’t care that you’re divorced, keep conversation to what the sub is about. Yeah, I’m the bitch complaining about how hard life has been. That elevates it from EQ to essentially a channel strip. That's the single feature ReaEQ lacks, which is kind of annoying, and F6 has per-band control there where Nova does not.But I really like the wideband comp concept in Nova, I don't know any other plugin that has a parallel processor setup quite like that and it's very interesting. There's nothing else like it.įor mid-side band dynamics I still have to reach for F6. I auditioned Nova for that job and it offers many great features, to the point where it could easily be the only plugin on a lot of tracks, but it's not always my weapon of choice for intense sidechaining.įor this, ReaEQ is still unbeatable AFAIK, thru the use of parameter modulation and the fact that Reaper tracks have up to 64 channels, I can sidechain each band in ReaEQ from a different source and have fine grained control over how the dynamic signal is translated. It's really not much work at all, we are still relatively small-sized. But we do have a very comprehensive set of automoderator filters, which catches comments and posts that require manual approval. Unlike some other subreddits, this one has very few user reports (ie: maybe once a month). OK with using Discord (to communicate with the team). The sub has gotten a tiny bit big to handle by just one person, so if you spend a fair amount of time on this subreddit (or at least reddit in particular) and meet most of these requirements: Looking for professional mixing or mastering services? This is also the right place for that (check our listings first!). Also NO gear/software troubleshooting) Would like feedback on your track? You've come to the right place (NOT the place for promoting your music). Have questions about the craft of mixing? (NOT recording. This subreddit is about the stage of music production that involves mixing all the individual tracks of a song together.
